We will be giving the PSAT Wednesday, October 25th. Any 10th or 11th grade student who is interested in attending a four year college or university, juniors wanting extra practice for the SAT or scholarship opportunities through the college board should consider registering to take this test.  Please complete this google form by Friday, Oct. 6th.
Why should students take the PSAT?

The test provides a taste of what it's like to take the SAT, and it is a useful tool for students planning on attending a four year college or university. When students take the PSAT/NMSQT during their junior year, they can qualify for scholarships, including the highly selective National Merit Scholarship Program
**** If you would like to take the PSAT please register using the link below.

ASVAB Registration
10th, 11th, and 12th Graders have the opportunity to take the ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Assessment Battery) on Tuesday, October 3rd.

This is the test that the military branches use for entrance qualifying, AND it is also one of the BEST CAREER INTEREST AND ABILITY TESTS availableThe ASVAB is different from other tests because it not only helps you figure out what you might like to do, but it helps you find careers where you will be most successful by assessing your abilities such as mechanical comprehension and other skills that you may have developed beyond the classroom.

High school is the only time this opportunity is open to you unless you have already committed to a military branch. It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that every student take this test at least once before graduating.

Please register by this Friday, September 29th by using the link below
